A Birthday Celebrated

A Birthday Celebrated

The month of May is a two-birthday month for the Heidmanns, as we celebrate Efrain and Geneva back-to-back. Oftentimes we have had a two-cake party for both, but this year, as Geneva is so often work-bound and has a social calendar to navigate, we just had Efrain. It was low-key for sure – no wrapping paper even, but he was not the least bit distressed upon finding his new bike in the back yard. It is hard to overstate the joy he takes in riding it – he even took it for a spin the next morning before we left for school!

I tried to get some pics of him with the bike, but my camera was uncooperative. Still, I did manage to get some birthday portraits that I think capture a bit of the Efrain essence.

Happiest of birthdays to a one-of-a-kind guy! Love you heaps!
