Had our May celebration for Efrain (9) and Geneva (22) on Sunday – and something new we haven’t done before. Big Efrain brought, along with Efrain’s cousins Nathan and Lamar, a Minecraft Piñata! It was crazy and the kids loved battering Steve to shreds. Efrain was pretty happy with his bow and arrow set and the PVC pipe swords Paul made for the boys. Geneva had the joy of going on a scavenger hunt designed by Natalie in order to find her gift. Lots of food – this time I got ever so clever and ordered from the El Pollo Loco catering menu – is that ever slick! I’ll never go back to trying to piece together a family meal for our crew from the regular menu. 😀 And Ranch Market came through with beautiful cheesecake, flan, and oreo cakes.
Once again, a great family time. So thankful.
