Starting the week off with a bang was my plan, and I think I can safely say we accomplished that goal.
Today, The Boy made a Cheesecake. This grand accomplishment was documented as follows, and but for one small mistake (on my part) went like clockwork. Despite my error, it turned out magnificently nonetheless!!

I am so delighted that I have had this chance to spend time with my boy — I’ll let you in on a little secret: before today, I had never made a cheesecake myself! This was a first for us both. I’m extra proud of the outcome! 😉
