Another of our annual traditions in the Heidmann Household is a New Year’s Day hike. More often than not it has been in one of the mountain parks around town, White Tanks or South Mountain Park. Today, however, since it was a somewhat chilly 45 degrees F at 3 in the afternoon, we decided to keep close to home and just head over to a different spot along the Linear Park, and see if we could make it to the Stadium and back.
