Today was a frustrating day in some respects. I have been fighting back pain since Wednesday, and this morning I knew I was not going to make it through one hour of choir rehearsal plus an hour and a half of mass without it screaming at me, so I had to stay home.
Instead of taking the gang to Costco for pizza lunch after mass, as is the usual plan, Paul brought his crew straight home, and Laurent arrived soon thereafter with Oma, our kids, and Malinda and Efrain, who are staying with us for a while. We got some Little Caesar’s, and then the kids had some fun time on the computers and outside on roller blades, while Paul and his parents finished the clearing of the garage cupboards. Amazingly there was room for all Paul’s tools (though he has taken a trailer load or two to the dump over the last couple of weeks).
Now the garage is read for the demolition to begin tomorrow morning! 🙂

10 Feb 2013Well…it will be interesting to watch the demolition of the interior of the garage and building up the new living quarters for
Jeffie! Looks like Paul did a great job of getting his “stuff” into his new “shed”….or “doll house” as the girls like to call it, bringing]
some intense disapproval of that term from Paul!!!!
