A Welcome (and LONG overdue) Visit

A Welcome (and LONG overdue) Visit

I don’t know how I missed posting about this, but there you go: “One thing drives out another,” as Butterbur famously said.

A couple of weeks ago I was delighted to hear from a very old and dear friend from our Westfork days, who wanted to come over and hang out.  Casa de Heidmann is always open for business when it comes to hanging out (unless we are foolishly running around trying madly to keep up with the various and competing schedules of the household).  So we were psyched that Jesse and Gordon could make it over here on a Sunday afternoon and spend some time getting caught up.  It wasn’t enough.  We need more!!!  And if you’re reading this, and haven’t hung out with us in a while, give us a call.  You know our number.  We miss you!!

I homeschooled four kids all the way through high school and then fostered/adopted 7 more children. I am wife to a very smart mathematician; I dabble in photography, write and sing, paint in bright colors, and love being Catholic!
