Light and Color

On the way out the door
as we were leaving for
Del Taco
this evening,
Laurent and Geneva presented me with
the psychedelic photo-op
of documenting their celebration of
Dobby Remembrance Day”
(something they found out other HP fans were celebrating, probably via facebook…):

Since my camera was out anyway, I took advantage of the situation…

Sunshine through the pine tree branches

Jacob and his mad scientist goggles,
as seen with … night vision?

I see you, you see me!

Pretty as a portrait.

This beam of light through the window was totally natural – I did not add it in with photoshop!  Pretty neato.
I took the picture because I was amused to see Jacob
sitting off by himself instead of in the booth.
I suspect Geneva was disinclined to sit next to someone who
looked so very “mad scientist”…

These two girls have the same size feet!
It’s so cuuuute!
😀

I homeschooled four kids all the way through high school and then fostered/adopted 7 more children. I am wife to a very smart mathematician; I dabble in photography, write and sing, paint in bright colors, and love being Catholic!

  1. What a riot! Never know what those kids will come up with next! I was so amused by their “sharing ” of their shoes!
