Clements was thinking, posting this on Facebook during Lent, when so many are abstaining from sweets, but I know there are a bunch of people in my family who will thank him for it, come Easter brunch! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re hankerin&#8217; for more of this kind of awesomeness, just click on over to<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/TexasRecipes\">Texas Recipes<\/a> <\/strong>on Facebook, and like the page.<\/p>\n<p>P.S. &#8211; definitely not gluten free.\u00a0 Could it be done GF?\u00a0 Inquiring minds want to know&#8230; \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>[hr color=&#8221;dark-gray&#8221; width=&#8221;100%&#8221; border_width=&#8221;2px&#8221; ]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong> Ingredients:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>for the Pancakes:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>4 cups all-purpose flour<br \/>\n8 tsps baking powder<br \/>\n2 tsp. salt<br \/>\n4 cups milk<br \/>\n4 tbsps vegetable oil<br \/>\n4 large eggs, lightly beaten<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>for the Cinnamon Filling<\/strong><\/span>:<\/p>\n<p>1 cup butter, melted<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cup brown sugar, packed<br \/>\n2 tbsp ground cinnamon<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>for the Cream Cheese Glaze<\/strong><\/span>:<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup butter<br \/>\n4 oz. cream cheese<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cups powdered sugar<br \/>\n1 tsp. vanilla<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><br \/>\nDirections:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>To make the Cinnamon Filling:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Mix the three ingredients together. Place in a disposable piping bag and snip the end off or put in a Ziploc bag and snip the corner off.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>To make the Pancakes:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another bowl. Stir them together until everything is moistened leaving a few lumps.<\/p>\n<p>Heat your griddle to exactly 325 degrees. You don&#8217;t want these too cook too quickly, and you won&#8217;t want your cinnamon to burn.<\/p>\n<p>Make desired size pancake on greased griddle and then using the piping bag and starting at the center of the pancake, create a cinnamon swirl. Wait until the pancake has lots of bubble before you try to turn it. You will find that when you turn it the cinnamon swirl will melt. The cinnamon will melt out and create the craters which the cream cheese glaze will fill.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong> To make the Cream Cheese Glaze:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In a microwave safe bowl melt the butter and cream cheese and then stir together. Whisk in the powdered sugar and vanilla.
