learned that they are &#8220;the bomb-diggity&#8221; for creating a gorgeous crispy crust on your bread.\u00a0 (I discovered them in my ongoing-never-ending-world-without-end-quest to learn the art of sourdough.)\u00a0\u00a0 They are <a href=\"http:\/\/www.breadtopia.com\/store\/oblong-la-cloche.html\">roomy enough for very large loaves<\/a>, and the Romertopf bakers could easily <a href=\"http:\/\/www.romertopfonline.com\/clay-bakers\/01112\/\">roast a good-sized chicken with veggies<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">~*~*~*~*~*~*~<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">School happens.\u00a0 We try to be semi-responsible about organizing our educational efforts, but relaxed enough to let people find the best way for their particular learning style (without
