So… has anybody seen this video that’s been going around, about hating religion but loving Jesus?\u00a0 Yeah, I thought so… he’s approaching 11M hits, so it’s hard to avoid it.\u00a0 I have to say, my first instinct was just to be appalled and write it off, and hope it went away.\u00a0 It’s not like it’s a new sentiment, and I figured it would just come and go.\u00a0 But over the last few days I’ve really been blessed by how many people have stepped up to respond, from all corners – Protestant, Orthodox, and Catholic – and if anything, this video has been a great catalyst for discussion and evangelism.\u00a0 So bravo to Jefferson Bethke for getting the ball rolling – if perhaps not the way he intended!<\/p>\n
