Since his birthday fell on a shopping day,
\nit was only fitting that Paul
\nchoose where he wanted to dine before enduring the endless horrors of Costco.<\/p>\n

He has always wanted to take the family to
\nPei Wei,
\nso we met Jeff there and were treated to a sumptuous
\nAsian feast.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Jeff’s B.E.A.U-tiful salad.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>My Hot & Sour Soup
\n(enough for everyone to try some!)<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Mom’s Honey Seared Chicken with Brown Rice & Veggies<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>This family is the goofiest – I said “lean in for a pic!”
\nLol… who needs perfect when you can have
\ncandid?!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>The kids had fun sharing food and
\nsitting on the high bar stools.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>The sauce that puts the “WOW!”
\nin Thai Dynamite
\n(or anything else to which you might add it…)<\/p>\n

Insert Costco interlude
\nwherein Nettie buys more than she planned.<\/p>\n

Back home again, for CAKE!!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Man of the hour.<\/p>\n

Then there was the time when Nettie tried to use time delay on her camera
\nand couldn’t figure out how to do it,
\nso Megan had to get HER camera and get it all set up
\nand then when she did,
\nshe had clicked off the setting,<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>and it took the picture before she was ready…<\/p>\n

So then she fixed it,
\nsat down,<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>and voila!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>and voila again!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

And one last voila for good measure!<\/p>\n

And I had to include them all because each had it’s own particular…

Anyway, another important day
\ncelebrated in the best way:
