Simon and Jude Cathedral.\u00a0 It was packed to overflowing, as it was the welcome-back mass for all the school families and those inquiring about the school.\u00a0 Yet, despite the heat and crowds, how could it not be a gift above all others to worship Christ Jesus, to sing and pray with His Church, and to receive the Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of my Lord and Savior!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><center><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/2SQbkwt-mHg?rel=0\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/center><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Finally, Thing Four:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tonight our family was offered a remarkable gift by a young newly married couple. Koos and Talitha have chosen to give us Talitha&#8217;s SUV &#8211; a vehicle far newer and in far better condition than two thirds of the cars we&#8217;ve been rattling around in (and it has air conditioning! Hosanna!!).\u00a0 It will seat five, with more cargo space than our Toyota minivan.\u00a0 We are soon going to need to take two vehicles wherever we go as a family, and we&#8217;ve been just glad that cooler weather is around the corner so our travels will be less like a drivable convection oven. I am dumbfounded, humbled, and grateful to these dear friends.
